Northside Retreat is a brand new, spacious, six bedroom home with completed lower level that has access to 2 pools and a hot tub. The Northside Retreat is located in the Harbor Club community which is on the northside of south haven. The community is walking distance to northside beaches, from the front of the community you are 1/8 of a mile to North shore Dr and Newcome Beach access. The Cottage is just minutes from the downtown South Haven (1 mile). The Harbor club has 2 community pools on the property, the year round pool has an enclosure that is open in the summer and closed in the winter, making it swimming weather no matter the time of year. The outdoor seasonal pool overlooks the Black river at the beatiful marina.
The modern Northside Retreat cottage offers amenities, decor and open concept floor plan make for a perfect large group getaway. Comfortable, quality furnishings compliment the newly contstructed home. Enjoy meal times in the fully equipped, open kitchen. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops are pleasing to the eye and durable when spending a night in to cook up something savory. A central kitchen island provides additional seating space. Relax and vacation in this home at the living room fireplace, gas BBQ grill, or on the private patio. The cottage also has Smart TV'S throughout, Xfinity wifi, back patio, central A/C - Heat, washer/dryer, and plenty of linens.

On the homes second level, everyone else sleeps comfortably! Here, you will find two queen bedrooms as well as a bunk guest room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). **Although dogs are welcome in this home there is a 2 dog max. Must not exceed 50lbs. Please, keep off of all bedding and furniture. You are welcome to bring a crate or kennel if trained to sleep in one. Additional $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee per pet not included in price of reservation.**

Guests receive access to the Woodland Harbor Marina, the Harbor Club Resort`s clubhouse, community pool, and fire-pits. Boats (speed boats, pontoon boats, dinghy boats, and kayaks), boat slips, golf carts, beach carts, bicycles, and more are all available to guests (for additional rental fees). The Resort`s private streets are perfect for strolling or biking and the Kal-Haven Trail-head is also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Our Welcome Center Office is staffed and open in the Resort Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm EST.

Our cottages are centrally located with access to the Kal-Haven Trail, beaches, the Black River, family activities, dining, shopping, golf courses, wineries, and more!
This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for long term rentals of 1-6 months outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas!
The Harbor Club South Haven Resort offers private streets for walking or biking with pets, children, or the group you are traveling with. A quaint pond and bridge offer a peaceful place to stroll and watch the local wildlife. The Resort is located on preserved wetlands and woodlands on the Black River and includes a gorgeous private marina.
City bus routes and taxis will come into the resort and directly up to the cottage to pick up and drop off guests. Winery tour buses run through the area and several highway entry and exits are within one mile for easy travel.
Check in at 4pm EST. If housekeeping staff is able to prepare the home sooner, we will make every effort to contact guests and allow an early check in. Check in takes place at our Welcome Center Office in the Harbor Club South Haven Resort (330 Ash Street, South Haven MI).
At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests have until 30 days prior to check in to pay the remaining balance.

All towels, linens, paper products, and a starter kit of soaps are included in the cottage rental. Guests receive access to the resort's marina, clubhouse, community pool, and fire pits. Boat, golf cart, beach cart, and bicycle rentals are all available in the community.
Harbor Club Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
