The Harbor Club offers a gated year-round pool and hot tub, an additional seasonal pool, on-site boat, golf cart and bicycle rentals, as well as a clubhouse, on-site property management, and a beautiful marina located on the Black River.
The home is very spacious sitting at just over 3,200 square feet of open concept living, including a covered front porch, back patio and a serene sunroom with a full view of nature. The main level of the home features a large open space where the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a relaxing sunroom are located. The main level has a walk out to the patio with space for the family to enjoy cooking on the barbque or just relaxing. The patio is a short walk to one of the community firepits and the new pool and hot tub.
The upper lever of the home has a large primary king suite, two queen guest bedrooms, a twin bunkbed guest room (4 twin beds each with a weight capacity of 400 lbs. making them ideal for adults and children), another centrally located full bath as well as a full laundry room. Features of contemporary, quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances are sure to bring you joy during whichever season you choose to travel. Relax on the back patio after a sun-filled day at the beach and cook your favorites on the outdoor gas grill. Looking to get out, walk to the Harbor Clubs Pool and Hot tub. The Pool has a retractable enclosure that is open for sunshine in the summer and closed with heat in the winter. The 2nd pool overlooks the BlackRiver at the neighborhood marina a short walk from the front door. The Hot Tub is also open all year. When the weather is nice, a 15 min from the front of the community and your are standing on the shores of Lake Michigan!
The upper level of the home has a spacious master suite with a plush king mattress awaiting your stay. While at this cottage you are a short walk to the Marina, where you can rent a boat and tour the river or head out to the lake. A short bike ride takes you to the Kal-Haven trail, or you can rent a golf cart and ride effortlessly down to the main streets of South Haven to experience the unique shopping and dining of downtown. This is the perfect spot to escape the city and experience lakeshore life.
**Although pets are welcome in this home there is a 2 dog max. Must not exceed 50lbs. Please, keep off of all bedding and furniture. You are welcome to bring a crate or kennel if trained to sleep in one. Additional $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee per pet not included in price of reservation.**

The main level has a walk out to the patio with plenty of space for the family to enjoy the summer days and nights. The patio is a short walk to one of the community firepits. The upper lever of the home has a large master King suite, a bunk room with a twin over top of a queen, a queen guest bedroom, and another full bath centrally located in the hallway next to a second living space with queen sofa sleeper. In the lower level (basement) there is an additional queen guestroom, full bath, and if you need to get away, a 3rd living room with a pull out sleeper couch. All 3 of the living rooms are furnished with plenty of seating and flat screen tvs so you can relax in style. The flexible layout of this home will sleep up to 14 guests comfortably.

Guests receive access to the Woodland Harbor Marina, the Harbor Club Resort`s clubhouse, community pool, and fire-pits. Boats (speed boats, pontoon boats, dinghy boats, and kayaks), boat slips, golf carts, beach carts, bicycles, and more are all available to guests (for additional rental fees). The Resort`s private streets are perfect for strolling or biking and the Kal-Haven Trail-head is also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Our Welcome Center Office is staffed and open in the Resort Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm EST. A member of our concierge team is available by phone or text 24/7 should any needs or emergencies arise during your stay. South Haven, Michigan is a quaint and peaceful beach-town that is perfect for families and groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Our cottages are centrally located with access to the Kal-Haven Trail, beaches, the Black River, family activities, dining, shopping, golf courses, wineries, and more!This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for long term rentals of 1-6 months outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas! The Harbor Club South Haven Resort offers private streets for walking or biking with pets, children, or the group you are traveling with. A quaint pond and bridge offer a peaceful place to stroll and watch the local wildlife. The Resort is located on preserved wetlands and woodlands on the Black River and includes a gorgeous private marina.
City bus routes and taxis will come into the resort and directly up to the cottage to pick up and drop off guests. Winery tour buses run through the area and several highway entry and exits are within one mile for easy travel.
Check in at 4pm EST. If housekeeping staff is able to prepare the home sooner, we will make every effort to contact guests and allow an early check in. Check in takes place at our Welcome Center Office in the Harbor Club South Haven Resort (330 Ash Street, South Haven MI). At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests have until 30 days prior to check in to pay the remaining balance. Please contact our reservationist for specific details. All towels, linens, paper products, and a starter kit of soaps are included in the cottage rental. Guests receive access to the resort's marina, clubhouse, community pool, and fire pits. Boat, golf cart, beach cart, and bicycle rentals are all available in the community. Harbor Club Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
